Exploring the Intersection of Digital Innovation and Global Regulation
The Digital Industry Policy Association (DIPA) successfully concluded its 「1st Global Digital Industry Policy Program」 with a completion ceremony held on February 2, 2026.
Running from December 8, 2025 to February 2, 2026, the program delivered an in-depth, multidimensional analysis of major policy developments shaping the digital industry in an era of intensifying global technology rivalry, alongside actionable insights from practitioners in the field.
Structured Curriculum
Moving beyond one-dimensional knowledge transfer, the curriculum was structured around six major thematic pillars covering key digital industry agendas—such as AI, cloud, platforms, content, and mobility—providing a balanced integration of technological insight and policy analysis.

Held on February 2, 2026, at the Kensington Hotel Yeouido, the completion ceremony transcended a symbolic closing event and became a dynamic forum for high-level engagement and practical networking.
The Korea–U.S. Economic Alliance and the Future of the Digital Industry
Tami Overby, former President of AMCHAM Korea and current Senior Advisor for East Asia & the Pacific at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, provided strategic reflections on the evolving Korea–U.S. economic alliance and its implications for the future of the digital industry.
Member of the National Assembly Do-geol Ahn further enriched the networking session with diverse insights on digital policy and governance.
In Partnership with the NBR Next Generation Leaders Program
Through its engagement with the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) Next Generation Leaders Program, the event welcomed leaders from major U.S. policy institutions—including the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the U.S.–China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC), and the Hudson Institute—positioning itself as a distinguished platform for global policy dialogue.
The Digital Industry Policy Association (DIPA) will continue to offer this program on an ongoing basis.
